Refund Policy.

This policy explains cancellations and refund handling for TensorJet AI digital software subscriptions.

This Refund Policy applies to paid TensorJet AI digital software subscriptions, including PromptFence, unless a different refund term is shown at checkout or required by law.

1. Merchant of record

Paddle may act as merchant of record for purchases. When Paddle processes your transaction, refund requests, receipts, chargebacks, tax handling, and subscription management may be handled through Paddle according to Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy.

2. How to request a refund

If your purchase was processed by Paddle, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit Paddle buyer support at paddle.net and choose the refund or subscription option. You may also contact us at [email protected] for product support.

3. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription before renewal to prevent future charges. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. We generally do not provide prorated refunds for unused time unless required by law or approved through the applicable refund process.

4. Digital software access

PromptFence and other TensorJet AI products are digital software services. Once access has been delivered and used, refunds may be limited, except where local consumer law provides otherwise.

5. Technical problems

If a material technical issue prevents you from accessing the purchased product, contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund through Paddle or the applicable checkout provider with details of the issue.

6. Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you believe you were charged twice or purchased the wrong plan by mistake, contact Paddle through your receipt or contact us as soon as possible with the purchase email and transaction details.

7. Abuse and chargebacks

Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or excessive refund requests. If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Where local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
