These Terms of Service are between you and TensorJet AI ("TensorJet AI", "we", "us", or "our"). They apply to TensorJet AI websites, PromptFence, and any related software, web apps, browser extensions, dashboards, documentation, and support we provide.
1. Product and service
PromptFence is a software product that helps detect, warn, redact, or block sensitive information before users send prompts to public AI tools. It may include browser-side scanning, policy configuration, invite-based team enrollment, event metadata, redacted samples, and dashboard review features.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information. If you use PromptFence for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are software subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, included users, and plan limits are shown on the pricing page or at checkout. Taxes and final totals may be calculated at checkout.
Paddle may act as merchant of record for purchases. If Paddle processes your order, Paddle may handle payment, receipts, tax calculation, subscription management, and eligible refund requests under Paddle's buyer terms and policies.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription before renewal to prevent future charges. Unless otherwise required by law or approved under the refund policy, cancellation does not automatically refund fees already paid, and access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use our services to break laws, infringe rights, bypass security, distribute malware, attack systems, scrape or exfiltrate data without permission, send spam, or operate deceptive, abusive, or high-risk activity. You may not resell access unless we agree in writing.
6. Customer data
You remain responsible for prompts, policies, terms, samples, logs, and other data submitted to or processed through PromptFence. You must not submit data that you are not authorized to process. PromptFence is a risk-reduction tool and does not guarantee that every sensitive item will be detected.
7. Intellectual property
TensorJet AI and its licensors own the websites, software, interfaces, designs, code, documentation, brand assets, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service according to your plan while your subscription is active.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TensorJet AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for claims related to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the three months before the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, fail to pay, or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
